Yoga on Fyrisån!
Experience the water, the warmth of the sun and the peace within with SUP Yoga this summer! The feeling of power and calm lasts long after you are back on land. Now together with Explore Yoga we can offer SUP Yoga on Fyrisån
The yoga session will first focus on finding the balance in the board. Thus we also find our stomach and center in our bodies. On the board we do calm and stabilising yoga positions. You will surely find an inner calm and you will not fall into the water :-). You can get a little wet on the body parts that lie against the board, so feel free to bring warm clothes to put on afterwards.
The yoga session lasts for 1h. + time to get to know the SUP board.

Payment & booking
A booking is made in connection with payment. When you submit your booking request we will respond within one business day with what to think about and how to pay. Payment is made by card inside the store, via swish or invoice.
Offer 20% discount
When booking on three occasions you will receive a 20% discount.1200kr instead of 15ookr.

No prior experience is needed. Whether you are a beginner or experienced at SUP or Yoga, you can easily get started with Explore Yoga’s instructor.
